Nearly finished in Chester. The old rotten plywood has been removed and new OSB boards installed. Then the new white composite render boards have been fitted and sealed to the windows and brickwork. The new black Tudor Boards are ready to be installed. Another long day and everything will be completed on this great property.

Storm grey fortex weatherboard cladding installed in Tipton. We removed the old rotten wood cladding and fixed new battens and 300mm centers. New 25mm ridged insulation was placed between battens to help keep the house warm. The grey fortex was then fixed to battens and the window reveals trimmed. So this is the finished installation. We removed all the old tiles from the front elevation and built a new timber frame level with the brickwork. The white composite render boards and New Tudor boards are both bonded and screwed in place. The finished installation and design looks amazing. It has totally transformed this house.
